3FM Serious Request is an annual fundraising campaign held by NPO 3FM, a Dutch national radio station. The campaign aims to raise money and awareness for a different charitable cause each year. The 2022 campaign focused on raising funds for a Dutch foundation called ‘Het Vergeten Kind,' which translates to 'The Forgotten Child.'I had the opportunity to help film reports for this campaign, which were broadcast on both television and social media. These reports showcase the stories of children who are in difficult situations, such as those who can no longer live with their parents due to a variety of problems. Through this work,
I was able to shine a light on the struggles that these children face and highlight the important work that ‘Het Vergeten Kind' does to support them, in order to raise awareness and funds.
